Solomon Iyobosa Edebiri PhD, DSc, DBA (JP) MON
Chief Dr. Solomon Iyobosa Edebiri hails from Iguogbe in Isi Community of Uhunmwonde Local Government Area of Edo State. Chief (Dr.) Edebiri was born on 22nd day of April, 1962 to the family of Late Mr. David Eiremwanarue and Madam Christiana Omosukpon Edebiri.
Chief (Dr.) Edebiri’s childhood life was spent both in the village and in the city having started his primary education at St Andrew’s Primary School, Iguogbe and later preceded to Ovoramwen Primary School in Benin City to continue his academic pursuit which took him to Warri and eventually to the United Kingdom.
Chief (Dr.) Edebiri has rendered services from the meanest casual labourers’ job, bush cutting then through the low class civil service job as a classroom teacher, challenging oilfield service engineer’s job and today as a chief executive of numerous successful indigenous organisation.
As stated earlier, his life started in the village then proceeded to Benin for his early school days and thereafter since 1980 has travelled to all 36 states in Nigeria visiting over 200 cities across the country.
Chief (Dr.) Solomon Iyobosa Edebiri PhD, D.sc, D.BA, (JP) MON began his educational career at the Ovonramwen Primary School in 1967 and finally in 2013 obtained a PhD degree from the European American University.
In 2014, He obtained a Doctor of Science Award (honoris Causa) from the Commonwealth University, Belize City.
He then went further to pursue a professional Doctorate degree in Business Administration and had since obtained his DBA from Universidad Aldersgate (Aldersgate College), Solano Philippines in 2015.

Soli, Danny Derrick
Soli, Danny Derrick was born on October 17th, 1965 into the family of Soli as the only child of his parent. He hails from Ada-Foah, Greater Accra Region, Ghana.
Danny attended his primary education in 1972 at Ada-Foah Methodist primary school. For his secondary school education; he did attend experimental junior secondary school, Ada-Foah and Sogakopo Secondary school, Sogakope, Ghana where he obtained his ordinary level certificate. Thereafter, he proceeded to Emmanuel Institute/Labone Secondary School, Accra, where he obtained his Advance level G.C.E.
He is a chartered member of the institute of Directors, chartered member Institute of Public Relations and an executive Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Accra, Ghana. He holds other certificates in project management, Internal Control and Audit, Executive Marketing and Banking Practice, Corporate Strategies, Laws of Executive Public Speaking, Credit Management, and many others
He has a wide range of experience in the banking sector where he spent twenty-seven years of his life. He is an experienced administrator, a banker, a marketer and a manager of people. He is easy going and he is married with children.

Simon Stanley Ugochukwu BSc, MBA, MTECH, MSc, PhD, KSJI
Simon Stanley Ugochukwu hails from Amudo autonomous community, Ezza South local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Nigeria. He holds a BSc (Finance), MSc (Finance) Aldersgate University, Philippines, MBA (Financial Management option) Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and PhD (Finance) from Aldersgate College, Philippines. A Master of Technology in Communication Technology and Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Engineering both from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria. While he obtained a Diploma and Advance Diploma in computer maintenance and repairs both from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He has several published papers and a textbook in financial management a Nigerian perspective published in Germany. He is also the Director Academics of EDDAN Education Institute, Abuja, Nigeria.
